Here's what you'll need to do it yourself: cold filtered water paper cup (I used a waxy single-serve paper one) 2 paper towels Q-tips toothpicks Scotch tape (or Vaseline) Sally Hansen: White On, Blue Me Away! & Gunmetal Sinful Colors: Timbleberry L.A. Colors Base/Top Coat If you mess up DON'T immediately wipe polish off - wait until polish is completely dry.
